Ham Eggs and Bacon Breakfast sliders

These ham, eggs, and bacon breakfast sliders are perfect for brunch! They are easy to make and tastes delicious. My family is a big fan of breakfast food, and it has become one of our favorites. If you love breakfast food, you’ll have to try this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 4 slices of Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 pack of Bacon, cooked and cut
  • Ham of your choice
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)

Directions:

In a bowl, crack the eggs. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper then beat it. In a skillet, scramble the eggs then set aside.

Using the same skillet, cook the bacon until cooked. Blot the oil on the bacon then let it cool down before cutting it into bite-size.

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.

Cut the bread rolls in half horizontally and set the top layer aside. Place the bottom of the bread rolls on a baking sheet.

Layer ham, eggs, bacon, cheese, and spinach. Put the top layer back on top.

Brush the butter on top of the sliders then put it in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Cut up the sliders and enjoy
