Pizza Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Dry Active Yeast
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Can Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Olives
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl stir the yeast in the water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a big bowl add flour, honey, oil, and salt. Stir.
  • Stir in the yeast mixture until it starts to form a dough. Then knead the dough until it is soft and elastic.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap for an hour.
  • After an hour, your dough should double in size.
  • Spray a pan with pam and preheat the oven to 350.
  • Split the dough into 16 balls.
  • Roll out the dough and put the fillings on: sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
  • Put the balls in the pan after rolling each one of them.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in garlic powder.
  • Brush it on top of the balls and bake it for 30 minutes.
