Best Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter 1 stick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • Chocolate chips, fruits, nuts Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  • In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
  • Add in the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the stand mixer. A little at a time.
  • Add in chocolate chips, fruits, or nuts (optional).
  • Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter in. Top it off with toppings of your choice (optional). Bake for an hour.
  • Let it cool down and enjoy!
  • To store, wrap the banana bread in plastic wrap and keep it refrigerated.
