Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
Add in the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the stand mixer. A little at a time.
Add in chocolate chips, fruits, or nuts (optional).
Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter in. Top it off with toppings of your choice (optional). Bake for an hour.
