There are so many Asian sauces out there. This recipe is a combination of four sauces. I don’t know where my mom got the recipe from, but she passed it down to me. I use this sauce for almost everything including stir fry and fried rice. I guess that’s why I name this sauce “stir fry sauce.” I will be referencing this sauce a lot in my recipes.
- 1 Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Thin Soy Sauce (Thick soy sauce works too. It just makes the sauce thicker)
- 5 lb Lee Kum Kee
It’s very simple. Get an extra large bowl and mixed the sauces together. Then pour them in mason jars and store them. You can use the empty sauce bottles to store them too. That’s what I do sometimes. These sauces last me for about a year and half. I usually store them in my cabinets except for the one that I’m currently using. I put the mason jar that I’m using in the fridge.
You can find these sauces at any Asian grocery stores. If you don’t live near an Asian store (like myself) then you can find here. Use this coupon code to get 5% off.
